List your surfboards & gear in minutes
Snap a few photos, add the details, set your price—it’s that simple. Your board stays with you until pickup, and you’re in full control from start to finish.
Less spam, more real surfers, sell safer and faster
Junkyard Surf makes buying and selling surfboards simple, safe, and local. Instead of scrolling through endless spam on Facebook or Gumtree, you get a surf-only marketplace with filters that matter—shape, dimensions, fin setup, condition, and more.
The app is built to back the surf community, not replace it. For shops, it’s your digital shopfront—your boards reach more people online, while surfers still come into your store to check them out, get them under their arm, and buy in person. For surfers, it’s a trusted place to sell from your own quiver and find your next board from locals and shops you know.
With surf-specific categories, a surf-first community, and secure payments through Stripe, Junkyard Surf cuts through the noise to connect the right boards with the right surfers.
You stay in control—your stock, your pricing, your sales. We just help more people see what you’ve worked hard to build.

How Secure Payouts Work
All payments on Junkyard Surf are handled securely through Stripe, our trusted payment partner. When a buyer checks out using our online payment system, their funds are transferred straight into Stripe so payment is guaranteed from the start. You never share bank details directly, and your money is held safely until pay-out, which is usually released within 2–3 business days.
To receive pay-outs, sellers must complete Stripe’s KYC verification as soon as possible. This can be done in the My Junkyard section of the app, and you’ll also be prompted to complete it after creating your first listing. Verification can take up to 14 days, so it’s best to set this up early, before your first offer to avoid any delays when you make a sale.
Your pay-out is always guaranteed once a buyer completes their purchase.
